Writer needed for book project

A group of San Francisco doctors want help writing a book proposal and the book itself about the obesity epidemic and what can be done when diets fail -- the various surgical options available, psychological and physical problems that may occur from those options and correction of deformities created by massive weight loss. They are looking for a writer who has experience in writing/publishing books and dealing with agents and publishers.
